1. Digital Products All products sold by Keystra Group are digital in nature. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased product via download link or account access. No physical goods will be shipped.

4. Account Access & Security Where access is granted via a customer account, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Account sharing or transferring access to third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
